Jammu Apr 12: An Over Ground Worker (OGW) was detained by the police under the Public Safety Act (PSA) for a period of two years in mountainous Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. ''Abdul Qayoom, son of Mangta Bhat, resident of Upper Dandi, Bhaderwah was detained yesterday under the PSA after an order was issued by the District Magistrate (DM) and a dossier prepared by the police against him for acting as a supporter of the militants,'' official sources here told UNI. They said Qayoom was actively working for the militants while he has been sent in the jail for two years under the PSA.
