Srinagar, Jun 6 (KMW): Security forces fired in the air and also burst teargas shells after repeated lath charge failed to have any impact on demonstrators, protesting against the alleged depiction of Muslim holy places on an undergarment. However, authorities have clarified that the picture on the undergarment was that of Academy of Fine Arts in Italy. Despite the clarification from the civil and police authorities that picture did not belong to any Muslim holy place, people took to streets again in the civil lines, raising slogans against the US and Israel.
