Srinagar, 15 Aug 2010(KMW): The Hurriyat Conference, led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani, has come out with another protest 'calendar', which calls upon the people of Kashmir to do the following on the dates as mentioned:
Monday, Aug 16: Shutdown, protest sit-ins, prayers on roads .
Tuesday, Aug 17: No protest strike, but people asked to hoist black flags on their vehicles, visit injured in hospital .
Wednesday, Aug 18: Shutdown. People of Srinagar have been asked to march to HMT area in Srinagar to pay tributes of those killed in the area. Similarly, the people of Varmul, Bandipora, Kupwara, Islamabad have been urged to march to Sopur, Pattan, Trehgam and Lachibal respectively. People have been urged to shout ‘Go India Go’ slogans and on Internet social networking sites.
Thursday, Aug 19: Shutdown. Portest sit-ins on roads
Friday, Aug 20: Protest strike till 12 noon
Saturday, Aug 21: Shutdown. Protest sit-ins on roads
Sunday, Aug 22: Shutdown. Protest sit-ins on roads
Monday, Aug 23: Shutdown. Protest sit-ins on roads
Tuesday, Aug 24: No strike
Wednesday, Aug 25: Shutdown. Protest sit ins on roads
Monday, Aug 16: Shutdown, protest sit-ins, prayers on roads .
